On November 10th, 2011, Applied Solutions hosted a webinar that brought together experts to discuss Community Choice Aggregation, as well as to share firsthand accounts of how local governments have succeeded in creating a CCA.

Ms. Marshall gave an overview of Community Choice Aggregation programs and how it works, and provided lessons learned from the Marin Energy Authority, which is the first CCA to be launched in the state of California.
